In a nutshell, worth playing! There were routes that I liked, but there were some routes that I felt bordered on the edge of domestic violence, which I did not like. Still, I was thrilled to have another otome title to play on my Vita.
It’s not without its faults, but the switch is absolutely perfect for fellow adults like me who grew up on Nintendo but are frequently on the road due to work.
I like it when Nintendo reimagines an old franchise and they succeed.
Well, it’s not bad. I would actually say it’s quite good. Just don’t go into this expecting the usual Final Fantasy experience. It’s definitely more action than RPG.
I just beat the Elite Four so I thought I’d take a break in my adventure to review what I liked and what I was disappointed about in the game so far. Spoiler free until LARGE SPOILER TAG, after which there will be spoilers.
I like this game enough to give it a second mention. Here are some extra screenshots of characters, moments, jokes, and other things I’ve loved so far ^_^. Tried to keep it spoiler free, unless you don’t want to know specifically what characters show up in the game. Lots of characters do appear!
